Director Linguswamy had mentioned in an interview to a daily that his movie “Paiya” is a never seen before film in Tamil Cinema. His words are hard to interpret in the above context as to what does he actually mean by the term “never seen before”. The movie is the usual masala flick with a simple storyline wherein a boy meets a girl and falls in love with her and in the end they unite.
